Updated 31 October 2026: Predict.fun has also confirmed a delay to token generation and Season 1 claims. This report retains its original publication date.

Predict.fun has postponed the PREDICT token-generation event and Season 1 airdrop claim, alongside delays to Binance Alpha and Spot trading. A replacement claim date and time have not been announced in the company’s notice.

In its 30 October announcement, Predict.fun said the delay was in line with Binance’s postponement and that a revised claim timetable would follow once confirmed.

In an October 30 announcement, Binance said the spot debut previously scheduled for 10:00 UTC would be delayed. Separately, Binance Wallet said Alpha trading was postponed and that an updated start time would follow in an official announcement. Alpha had been scheduled to open trading at 09:00 UTC.

Neither postponement notice gives a reason or a replacement time. The notices concern token trading and do not announce a suspension of Predict.fun's prediction markets.

The launch timetable has changed

The delay follows the launch preparations covered in Binance Wallet's pre-token-generation sale materials. They listed 20 million PREDICT at $0.29 each, targeting $5.8 million in BNB, with subscriptions scheduled for October 29 from 08:00 to 10:00 UTC. Those figures describe the planned offering, not a verified amount raised.

The materials listed a total supply of 1 billion tokens and an initial supply of 160 million. Subscribers were initially to receive a non-tradable PREDICT Key recording their allocation, with actual tokens distributed to Binance Alpha accounts on the token-generation date.

Binance's original spot-listing announcement set out a later transition from Alpha to Spot. The postponement means those trading times should no longer be treated as the current launch schedule.

A token for an existing prediction market

Predict.fun says it launched in 2025. The platform offers markets on sports, politics, crypto and other events. It uses UMA's Optimistic Oracle for resolution and integrates Venus Protocol so collateral backing open positions can earn yield.

The sale materials describe PREDICT rewards for eligible ecosystem participation and potential benefits including reduced trading fees.

Existing Predict Points holders have separate claim arrangements announced on October 28: receive 35% immediately and forfeit the remaining 65%, or receive the full allocation after one year of staking with the project. Those materials listed a November 26 selection deadline at 09:00 UTC, with the one-year option applying by default.

The November 26 selection deadline comes from the October 28 arrangements. Predict.fun’s subsequent announcement explicitly delays token generation and Season 1 claims, but does not say whether that selection deadline or other claim conditions change. Readers should check for a revised project notice before relying on the earlier timetable.
