OG.com and Crypto.com have launched crypto perpetual contracts for eligible US traders, adding another product to infrastructure that also supports prediction markets.

The October 27 announcement says access begins through the Crypto.com App and Exchange and extends across OG.com’s distribution partners. The contracts trade around the clock, have no scheduled expiry and offer up to 5x leverage.

Which entities provide the service?

The announcement identifies North American Derivatives Exchange, trading as OG.com Markets and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America, as the CFTC-registered exchange and clearing organisation offering the contracts.

It separately identifies Foris DAX Inc. as the NFA-registered introducing broker. The operating structure also includes a futures commission merchant, rather than treating every Crypto.com-branded service as the same regulated entity.

The launch release lists isolated margin and take-profit and stop-loss orders among the available controls. It does not establish that those tools eliminate losses or guarantee execution at a particular price.

A different product from event contracts

Perpetuals provide continuing exposure to a cryptocurrency’s price. The announcement describes positions that can be long or short and remain open without a scheduled contract expiration.

OG.com also offers prediction-market contracts on event outcomes. Sharing an exchange and distribution network does not make the new perpetuals the same product.

Prediction Frontier previously covered OG.com’s combo market-maker incentives and its proposed institutional access through River Markets. The new launch adds continuous crypto-price exposure to that broader derivatives business.
