Prediction Frontier is an independent media, research, and education hub dedicated to prediction markets. We publish original reporting, quarterly and annual research reports, plain-language explainers, a live regulatory tracker, and aggregated market data from every major prediction-market platform. We do not run a market, take positions, or accept funding from any operator we cover editorially.

No. We are an independent media and research site. We do not run a market, hold customer funds, take positions, or resolve contracts. We cover the platforms that do — and we cover them as journalists, not as participants.

Where do you get your market data?

Accepted Answer

Directly from the public APIs of major prediction-market platforms — currently Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, and Metaculus, with more to be added. Our methodology, including refresh frequency, aggregation rules, and known limitations, is published on the Markets page and in the Data Methodology section.

Are prediction markets legal where I am?

Accepted Answer

That depends on your jurisdiction. Prediction markets are regulated in the United States (under the CFTC), permissive in some jurisdictions, restricted in others, and unaddressed in many — including, as of May 2026, Kenya. Our Regulation & Policy section maintains a live tracker for every jurisdiction with a public determination. We are not your lawyer and this is not legal advice.

How do I get published on Prediction Frontier?

We accept pitches from journalists, researchers, regulators, and practitioners working in or adjacent to the prediction-markets space. Send a one-paragraph pitch and two writing samples to pitches@predictionfrontier.com. We respond to every pitch within five working days. We pay for commissioned work, we edit collaboratively, and we fact-check before publication.
