Saquon Barkley says NFL rules forced his Polymarket exit
Barkley told Front Office Sports he left his Polymarket investment because of NFL rules. The report does not identify when he divested or on what terms.

Saquon Barkley says he exited his investment in Polymarket because NFL rules prohibit players from holding interests in prediction-market companies.
The Philadelphia Eagles running back described the restriction in an interview published by Front Office Sports on October 28. He said he had invested before the league told players they could not do so.
“I am not in that right now,” Barkley told the outlet. “I am not allowed to be in that.”
Front Office Sports reported that the NFL confirmed its prohibition on investing in or promoting sportsbooks and prediction markets, while declining to comment on Barkley's situation. Polymarket also declined to comment to the outlet.
The report does not specify the date of Barkley's exit, the size of his stake or the terms of the divestment. It identifies the investment as Polymarket without establishing the precise legal entity.
The disclosure comes after the NBA announced agreements with Kalshi and Polymarket on October 26. That coverage examined the league's scrutiny of player props and parlays. Barkley's account concerns restrictions on players' own investments and commercial relationships.
